✔ The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
✔ The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
✔ The item must include all original tags, certificates, and accessories.
✔ Custom-made, personalized, or engraved items cannot be returned or refunded, unless defective.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2️⃣ Our customer support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
3️⃣ Securely package the item and ship it to our return center (shipping address will be provided upon request).
4️⃣ Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange.

3. Refund Processing Time

✔ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
✔ Processing time: 5-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
✔ Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, design, or product, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please:

7. Return Shipping Costs

🚚 Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a BETOPIX error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
🚚 We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return.

8. Cancellations

✔ Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
✔ After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as processing begins immediately.
