✔ Custom-made and personalized jewelry may require additional processing time.

7. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

✔ If a package is marked as “Delivered” but not received, we recommend checking with your local postal service or neighbors. BETOPIX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

✔ If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

9. Cancellations & Order Changes

✔ Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After this period, changes may not be possible as processing begins immediately.
